1. Where is your jewellery manufactured?
Our pieces are manufactured globally - some are manufactured in Australia, while some are manufactured overseas. We indicate the ones manufactured in Australia in product description.
2. What gold karat are your pieces?
We set our ready-to-ship pieces in various gold karats from 9k to 18k. Some made-to-order pieces offer a choice of karat.
All details are indicated in each product description.
3. Where did you source your gemstones / coloured lab grown diamonds?
We source all of our stones globally - some from our Australian suppliers, some from suppliers located in Sri Lanka, Thailand or Vietnam.
Some natural gemstones come with certifications but some do not. We will indicate the ones with certification in product description.
All coloured lab grown diamonds will come with an IGI report.
4. Do you offer change of mind refund or cancellation?
We do not offer change of mind refund or cancellations. This is because we want you to love the pieces and well-considered prior to make the purchase.
We also photographed different angles of our ready-to-ship pieces under natural lighting for a clearer view of what you will be getting to help you make a decision.
However, if there are manufacturing faults, we offer a 7-day return warranty. Our full return policy is available via here.
5. Will sold out items come back in stock?
Most likely, no.
We operate under one-of-a-kind model, where most of our ready to ship items only have one available. This is because we do not buy our gemstones / coloured lab grown diamonds in a mass/batches, we hand-selected every single one of them, even for earring pairs. We only select the stones that resonate with us, then have them set in classic styles.
While we re-make some of the styles, we cannot guarantee it will be the same main stone, especially for those unique natural gemstones.
6. Do you have a retail store?
No, we do not - we operate online only.
7. Do you offer bespoke designs?
As we are a very small team, at this stage, we do not offer bespoke design.
8. Do you offer gemstone/coloured lab grown diamond sourcing?
We will offer this service down the track. Please stay tuned.
9. Do you offer view-in-person, or online viewing of your pieces?
No, at this stage, we do not offer view-in-person, or any online viewing.
Please refer to the product shots for more details of the pieces. We capture all of our jewellery pieces under natural or dim light, to try reflecting their true colours. We also photographed different angles of the ready-to-ship pieces for a better viewing of the jewellery pieces.
